How far does your delivery radius reach?
We use Doordash Drive as our partner for 3rd party delivery. The current delivery radius is 5 miles from our store, and are reaching just about anywhere within San Francisco City.
Do you accept take-out orders over the phone?

Do you offer large party reservations or private events?
Do you offer facility tours?
We do not offer tours, but our kitchens are open and our bread oven is the center of the room so you are welcome to take a peak when dining or visiting the Manufactory.
MENU / FOOD ITEMS
Why do you label items Wheat Free, do you also have Gluten Free items?
Because our food is made in a facility that uses a lot of flour, we cannot guarantee that our items are 100% gluten free, which is why we use the term Wheat Free (wf). We have a few WF pastries available, including our seasonal muffin and cheesecake and many menu items can be made WF as well. When visiting please ensure you let us know about any allergies.
Do you have dairy free items?
Do you offer half loaves of bread?
While you may notice that in our Southern California locations we are selling half loaves, we are not currently offering half loaves in Northern California. We also are not able to slice bread for you at this time.
